1. Refund Policy:
a. The refund policy is only for any breakage or damaged parcel, refund is not applicable if the bottle is opened.
b. Quality Concerns: If you receive a product that is damaged, or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product with details of the issue and any supporting evidence such as photographs.
c. Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
d. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon approval of the refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Return Policy:
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a food product that is damaged, defective, or expired, you may request a return. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
b. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Any product that is damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return.
c. Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product from your delivery address. After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a replacement product or refund will be initiated as per your preference.
3. Exceptions:
a. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or consumed unless they are found to be defective or expired.
b. Hygiene Concerns: For hygiene reasons, certain food products such as dairy, and bakery items may have limited or no return options unless there is a clear quality issue.
